Refund Policy

Services (local services that include a physical appointment time in person at one of our stores)
- No refund is allowed after service is completed. You can reschedule your appointment once for most services (the applicable times are listed on the service pages). All purchasers are allotted a 30 minute grace period to show up for your service– if you show up late after this period, your full deposit will be forfeited. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact management directly at info@detaildoctorsmke.com. Cancelations are subject to manager approval but are often not granted to due the limited number of service bays in our shop. If you need to cancel, please contact a representative immeditately via email  info@detaildoctorsmke.com or phone  4142143624 ext. 0. *Closed on Sundays.

Products (physical goods that are shipped to you)
- A full refund will only be granted if the order fails to arrive or arrives in a damaged condition. Please be aware shipping times are taking 3x longer due to supply chain issues.

Merchandise
Exchanges will not be allowed. If you believe you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@detaildoctorsmke.com with your order number and error so we can try to fix the error prior to printing. A full refund will only be granted if the order fails to arrive or arrives in a damaged condition.
