- No refund is allowed after service is completed. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment once, up to 24 hours prior to your service time. All purchasers are allotted a 30 minute grace period to show up for your service– if you show up late after this period, your full deposit will be forfeited. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact management directly at email@example.com.
Products (physical goods that are shipped to you)
- A full refund will only be granted if the order fails to arrive or arrives in a damaged condition. Please be aware shipping times are taking 3x longer due to supply chain issues causes by the virus.
